Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Juicy gems that add flavor.
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese Creamy and tangy.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For drizzling.
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary Use either for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey For drizzling after baking.

  • 1 handful fresh basil For garnish.
  • 1 handful arugula For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Optional for added heat.

Preparation

  • Sprinkle dried thyme or rosemary over the flatbread.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the flatbread after removing from oven.
  • Garnish with fresh basil, arugula, or crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
