  • Whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth in a small mixing bowl.
  • Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Cover the bowl and let the salad rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to allow flavors to meld.
  • Toss gently again and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
