Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Prepare the graham cracker crust by pulsing graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  • Combine melted butter, sugar, and salt into the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Press the mixture into mini pie tins to form the crusts.
  • Bake the crusts at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let the crusts cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Prepare the chocolate filling by combining chocolate chips and heavy cream in a heatproof bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate mixture until smooth, then add butter, salt, and vanilla.
