  • Cut the babka into bite-sized cubes and scatter them evenly across the greased baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the 4 eggs, then add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, ¾ cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon until smooth.
