  • ¼ cup Additional Biscoff cookie butter Drizzled on top.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix cocoa powder, flour, espresso powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl until creamy.
  • Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  • Layer half of the batter in the pan and top with Biscoff cookie butter squares.
  • Cover with remaining batter and top with crushed Biscoff cookies and additional cookie butter.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
