  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese can substitute with Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries for sweetness and color

  • Lightly butter one side of each flour tortilla.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer to a cutting board and repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Slice into wedges and drizzle with honey. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
