Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add finely chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
  • Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into about 8 rounds and flatten each round.
  • Place roughly 1 tablespoon of cooled apple mixture in the center of each dough round.
  • Top each with one caramel candy and pinch edges of dough tightly to seal.
  • Place each sealed bomb seam-side down in the greased baking dish.
  • Melt extra butter and brush generously on top of each dough ball.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
