  • spoon
  • toothpick or butter knife

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips A classic choice that brings rich, chocolatey goodness to your fudge.
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk This creamy base adds sweetness and a velvety texture to your fudge.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Use for a luscious mouthfeel; don’t skip it!
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the flavor and gives a warm, comforting aroma.

Marshmallow Swirl

  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows These bite-sized treats bring a delightful gooeyness that makes every bite special.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Provides a sweet, creamy contrast to the dark chocolate, creating that stunning swirl effect.

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Begin by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 tablespoon of butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth—this will take about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
  • Mix in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, mix together 1 cup of white chocolate chips, the remaining ½ can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1 ½ cups of mini marshmallows. Heat until everything is melted and combined, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Stir in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Pour half of the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, then dollop spoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture over it.
  • Pour the remaining semi-sweet chocolate on top and add more spoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture for swirling.
  • Using a toothpick or butter knife, gently swirl the layers together to create a marbled effect.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Once chilled, lift the fudge out and cut into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for better taste. Don't rush melting and allow fudge to chill properly for the best texture.
