Making the Cheesecake Balls

  • Gently fold in 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until evenly incorporated.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out the cheesecake mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Roll each cheesecake ball in your desired coatings including crushed nuts, cookie crumbs, sprinkles, or melted chocolate.
  • Transfer the coated cheesecake balls back to the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
