Baking Instructions

  • Combine softened butter and powdered sweetener in a bowl and cream together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract evenly.
  • Gently fold in almond flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  • Stir in the remaining tablespoon of sugar-free golden syrup until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter over the syrup in the prepared dish and smooth the top. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until golden on top and edges are set.
