Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each. Fold in pumpkin purée until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices together.
