  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix in melted unsalted butter until moistened.
  • Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Pour salted caramel sauce over the cooled crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Melt butter in a skillet, add brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in sliced apples and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
  • Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Layer sautéed apple mixture over the pie crust, pour cheesecake batter over apples, and smooth the top.
  • Bake the pie for 30 minutes until set around the edges. Cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
  • Chill the pie for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread over chilled pie.
  • Drizzle additional salted caramel on top and sprinkle with remaining pecans before serving.
