  • Blend 2 cups of mini pretzel twists into fine crumbs, mix with ½ cup melted butter and ½ cup sugar.
  • Press the crust mixture into the pan, bake for 10 minutes, and let cool.
  • Whisk 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract together in a medium bowl.
  • Sift together 1 cup flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
  • Fold the egg mixture and melted butter into the dry ingredients until just combined.
