Cobbler Batter

Baking Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Pour melted butter into prepped baking dish.
  • In a bowl, add blueberries and sprinkle with ½ cup white sugar, toss gently.
  • Whisk together flour, ½ cup white sugar, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter, do not stir.
  • Spoon the sugared blueberries on top of the batter.
