  • teaspoon ground cloves

For the Topping

  • 3 ounces chopped chocolate
  • 1 large marshmallow

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • Divide the crust mixture among the muffin liners, pressing firmly to form a base.
  • In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, egg, light brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
  • Spoon the pumpkin filling over each crust, filling them about two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the centers are just set.
  • Sprinkle chopped chocolate over the warm filling and let it sit to melt.
  • Spread the melted chocolate over each pie using the back of a spoon.
  • Top each pie with a marshmallow and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
