  • 12 pieces Mini pretzels the crunchy foundation
  • 20 pieces Soft caramels melt beautifully

For the Apple Filling

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place 12 mini pretzels on the baking sheet, each topped with a piece of soft caramel.
  • Bake in the oven for about 3 to 4 minutes until the caramels soften.
  • Press finely diced apple pieces into each softened caramel.
  • Fit the remaining pretzels on top of the caramel and apples, pressing down lightly.
  • Melt chocolate and dip half of each pretzel bite, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
