Equipment

  • blender
  • Freezer-safe container
  • Ice cream scoop
  • cutting board
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

For the Sorbet

  • 4 medium Ripe peaches as sweet as summer sunshine for a burst of flavor
  • ½ cup Sugar helps coax out the natural sweetness of the peaches
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice adds brightness to balance the sweetness
  • 1-2 tablespoons Water to help blend everything smoothly, if needed
  • Honey optional, add to taste for extra sweetness

Instructions

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Peach Sorbet

  • Start by peeling the ripe peaches, removing the pits, and slicing them into manageable chunks. This should take around 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the sliced peaches into a blender along with the sugar and lemon juice, and add a splash of water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Taste the mixture, and add honey if desired, then blend again to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
  • Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first two hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
  • Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh peach slices if desired before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover Peach Sorbet in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for long-term storage up to 2 months.
